Enrollment Information

Joining Journey Elite Academy is a step we take seriously, and one we try to make smooth for families. Our enrollment process helps us understand your child’s needs, routines, and personality before they enter the classroom. This ensures a comfortable start and allows our teachers to be prepared from day one.

We follow guidelines required for licensed early childhood education programs, and some of the information collected during enrollment is also needed to comply with childcare licensing regulations.

What We Need For Enrollment

To begin, families are required to complete and submit the following:

Enrollment Agreement Form (PDF)

This form collects important details about your child including emergency contacts, medical history, participation needs, and scheduled attendance.

Updated medical and immunization records

A copy of immunization records must be provided before a child officially joins the academy, as part of compliance with licensing requirements.

Emergency and authorized pick-up contacts

For your child’s safety, only authorized individuals listed in the agreement can pick up your child. Any new pick-up person must be shared in writing ahead of time, and photo ID will be requested if staff is unfamiliar with them.

A non-refundable non-transferable enrollment fee of $100 is required to secure your child’s placement and covers administrative processing and onboarding.
